Since fresh mushrooms are perishable, our delivery process is built around speed and freshness. Here's how it works.
Last Updated: August 2026At Naveen Mushroom Farms, we harvest and pack your order as close to delivery time as possible, so it reaches you fresh. Because mushrooms are perishable, our delivery area and timelines are more limited than typical e-commerce products — this policy explains what to expect.
We currently deliver fresh mushrooms across Lucknow and nearby areas. Spawn, and non-perishable items can be shipped further, subject to courier availability. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
| Product Type | Typical Delivery Time |
|---|---|
| Fresh Mushrooms (within Lucknow) | Same day / next day, based on harvest and order time |
| Mushroom Spawn | 2–3 business days |
| Bulk / Hotel & Restaurant Supply | As per agreed supply schedule |
Local delivery within Lucknow is free on orders above ₹999. For smaller orders, a nominal delivery charge will be shown before checkout or shared with you via WhatsApp. Any charges for spawn shipped outside Lucknow will be communicated before dispatch.
For hotels, restaurants and regular bulk buyers, we offer scheduled recurring deliveries on agreed days and quantities. Reach out to us via the Booking page or WhatsApp to set up a recurring supply arrangement.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, harvest availability, or local courier delays. We'll proactively let you know if your order is likely to be delayed beyond the expected window.
For any questions about delivery areas, timelines or charges, feel free to reach out to us.
